Transfers

Meeting points for the Conference Buses:

• Prague Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží): Entrance hall near the BurgerKing Restaurant.
• Vaclav Havel Airport Prague: Arrival hall of Terminal 2.

Conference staff will be present at the meeting points approx. 30 minutes before each departure.
The bus will wait a maximum of 20 minutes for participants whose train or flight is delayed.

Mariánské Lázně - Prague (Friday, 15 May) – 30 €

Departure from Mariánské Lázně: 15:00
Arrival at Václav Havel Airport, Terminal 2: approx. 17:30
Arrival at Prague Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží): approx. 18:15
Drop-off at Prague-Holešovice Station available upon request

The departure time from Mariánské Lázně may be adjusted depending on the end of the conference programme.

If the scheduled transfer times do not match your flight or train arrival, please contact the conference secretariat. We will do our best to help arrange suitable transport to Mariánské Lázně.
