Accomodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.

All official conference hotels are located within a reasonable walking distance of the conference venue.
More information about the hotels listed below can be found on their respective websites by clicking on the hotel name. Rooms can be booked directly via the hotel websites with a 10 % conference discount off current prices using the discount code RADCHEM2026.

Please note:

• Hotel prices are dynamic and may change daily depending on hotel occupancy.
• Prices are quoted per room and per night (incl. buffet breakfast, WiFi and VAT).
• The local city tax (2 EUR/person/night) is not included and is payable upon arrival at the hotel.
• Payment card details are required to guarantee the reservation.
• Although the hotel rates are discounted by 10 %, we cannot guarantee that they are lower than prices offered on external hotel booking portals (e.g. Booking.com).

Online booking instructions:

1. Select a hotel by clicking on the hotel name.
2. Enter your stay dates within the range 9 – 16 May 2026. If you wish to book accommodation outside this date range, please specify your request in the "Reservation Details – Special Requests" field.
3. Select the number of guests and click Book now.
4. Select Special Codes or Rates.
5. Enter the discount code RADCHEM2026 and click Apply.
6. Select your preferred room and click Book now.
7. Complete your contact details, address and payment method, agree to the terms and conditions, and confirm your reservation.
