|
On-line booking of hotels in the
on-line registration system has been already closed.
All new bookings or changes of the existing bookings have to be done
in writing by e-mail to Ms. Terezia Nemcova at terezia.nemcova@fs.cvut.cz.
For new bookings please give in your e-mail: Family Name, First Name, Country,
Date of arrival, Date of departure, Number of nights, Hotel - first choice,
Hotel - second choice, Type of room (single - double - twin, if double or twin give the Name and Family Name of the person sharing the room and the nature of his/her participation in the conference - Participant - registered accompanying person - non-registered accompanying person).

| Special Conference Rates have been negotiated in most of the
hotels listed below. The conference participants are kindly requested to book
their accommodation in their Final Registration Form on the INDICO on-line
registration system (access through Registration / Abstracts or My
registration direct access) during their final registration and registration
fees payment. You will be then contacted by the Accommodation Office to
finalise the booking and organise payment for your accommodation. |

| Many other hotels or pensions may be found in Marianske Lazne,
often even for better prices than listed below, however most of this
accommodation is not within short walking from the Casino Conference Centre.
The relevant information may be found through the internet. In this case,
please, check "I prefer to book a room in Marianske Lazne myself"
in the accommodation booking form on the INDICO on-line registration system. |
